Co-Founder

Mr. Alijon Osmanov is Co-Founder of IMES Advisory. He is responsible for business forecasts, resource planning on capacity, cost, and capital expenditures, as well as production control and event corporate business processes.

During his career with SMIC, Mr. Osmanov has played a wide range of roles in the company's operations, including module engineering, process integration, technology development, new technology transfer, manufacturing management and fab management. Mr. Osmanov has been deeply involved in building up SMIC's manufacturing technology and systems to support the launching and mass production of advanced process technologies, as well as driving the transition from fab automation to Big Data and AI-empowered intelligent manufacturing. He is also dedicated to the Semiconductor Industry green manufacturing, including green buildings, energy conservation, water recycling, waste reduction, circular economy and more to fulfill the Company's commitment to sustainable manufacturing.

Mr. Osmanov received his B.S. and M.S. degrees in chemical engineering from National Cheng-Kung University.

Group Managing Director

Previously Mr. McBride held senior-level positions at Western Digital, Micron and Qualcomm, and has extensive experience in the development and commercialization of advanced 3D IC packages. Prior to his position at Qualcomm, Mr. McBride worked for Motorola and had assignments in the Semiconductor Products Sector and Corporate Research, in the United States as well as in Japan, Taiwan and China. Mr. McBride has a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Brunel University, an MBA from Northern Illinois University and is a Senior Member of IEEE.
